Benjamin Brown is an Arizona-licensed attorney and graduate of the University of Chicago, whose practice centers on commercial real estate transactions and development. Before entering law, Benjamin managed a successful real estate investment business, giving him an insider’s perspective on the challenges developers, investors, and operators face in a competitive market. Since then, he has represented clients in eight- and nine-figure real estate deals and served as local counsel for financing transactions with a combined value of over $1 billion. Benjamin’s work spans acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development agreements, and complex financings. Glenn Gavin is a corporate and finance attorney licensed in Nevada, California, and Utah, with deep experience guiding clients through their most critical business transactions. A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, Glenn began his career at two of the world’s most prestigious firms—Latham & Watkins and Kirkland & Ellis—where he advised on billion-dollar mergers, complex leveraged financings, and real estate transactions. Today, Glenn brings that institutional expertise to the middle market, where clients benefit not only from his technical mastery but also from his pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach. He has acted as outside general counsel to growing companies, negotiated acquisitions and divestitures, structured joint ventures, and represented borrowers and sponsors in sophisticated debt financings. Haider Hasan Syed
Paralegal
Haider is a foreign-trained attorney with experience in commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt finance, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and general corporate matters. He earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The George Washington University Law School as a Merit Scholar, graduating with High Honors, and received his first law degree from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). Admitted to practice in Pakistan since January, 2020, he sat for the New York Bar Examination in July, 2025. Before joining Gavin & Brown, Haider practiced at two leading law firms in Pakistan, including, a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm, where he advised federal and provincial ministries, development agencies, and private entities on PPPs, M&A, and financing transactions, including projects supported by the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, USAID, and UKAID. Haider also advised on transactions in the energy, telecom, real estate, construction, IT, and education sectors. Values & Approach: Haider combines international training with a practical, business-oriented perspective.
